Terms & Conditions — 555sz Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 555sz ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 555sz website located at https://555sz.cam and all associated services, features, content and betting or gaming functionality offered thereon.

555sz is an English-language online betting and casino information platform built for users in Pakistan. The platform provides access to sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports and related products. 555sz is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any Pakistani government authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial regulatory body.

By accessing the 555sz platform, registering an account or placing any wager, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this Agreement.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on 555sz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for so long as you hold an account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process and may be required at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities may not register accounts.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically and explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining whether your access is lawful.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or on any related operator's platform.
• You must not have had a prior 555sz account that was closed, suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting as an agent, nominee or intermediary for any third party in connection with your account, deposits, withdrawals or wagers.

To access the full range of 555sz services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current personal information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly whenever changes occur.

4.1 One Account Per User: Each User may hold only one active account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban.

4.2 KYC Requirements: The operator may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), a selfie or liveness-check photograph, and confirmation of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the operator's secure HTTPS verification portal.

4.3 Document Integrity: You must never alter, obscure, crop or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a criminal offence in addition to a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to appropriate authorities.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 555sz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

5.1 Permitted Use: The Platform may be used solely for lawful personal gambling and gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. Any commercial use, resale, scraping, data harvesting or systematic exploitation of the Platform or its content is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Technical Requirements: 555sz is optimised for modern browsers on both Android and iOS devices. You are responsible for ensuring your device and connection meet the minimum technical requirements for satisfactory platform performance. 555sz does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5.3 Service Modifications: 555sz reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, market or service at any time without prior notice. Where practicable, reasonable advance notice will be provided for significant service changes.

6.1 Accepted Methods: Available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed in the 555sz cashier at the time of transaction. Methods may include mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, Raast instant payments and, where available, debit/credit cards or cryptocurrency. The availability of any specific method may change without prior notice. Payment provider names are referenced for user familiarity only; those providers do not endorse this platform or gambling activities.

6.2 Own Account Requirement: All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held exclusively in your own name. Deposits from joint accounts, third-party accounts or anonymous payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

6.3 Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are published in the cashier for each payment method and are denominated in PKR where applicable. These minimums are subject to change and you should verify the current figure before initiating a transaction.

6.4 Withdrawal Eligibility: To be eligible to withdraw funds, your account must have completed KYC verification, your deposit must not be subject to an active withdrawal restriction (such as a pending wagering requirement on bonus funds), and your withdrawal must be made to an account or instrument held in your own name using a method previously used for deposits where required.

6.5 Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are published in the 555sz FAQ. Timelines are indicative only. 555sz is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions or network congestion outside of our control.

7.1 Promotion Terms: All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms. These terms will specify: the minimum deposit required to trigger the bonus, the wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable, the time window within which wagering must be completed, the game or market restrictions applicable to the bonus, and the maximum withdrawal amount derived from bonus play where applicable.

7.2 One Bonus Per User: Promotions are limited to one per User, household, device, IP address and payment method unless stated otherwise. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts or use of shared payment instruments constitute bonus abuse.

7.3 Bonus Abuse: 555sz actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin betting to clear wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, coordinated play between multiple accounts and use of software to automate wagering decisions. Where abuse is detected, 555sz reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom without prior notice.

7.4 Illustrative Figures: Bonus amounts shown in promotional materials (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000") are maximum illustrative figures. The actual amount you receive will depend on your deposit and the specific promotion terms applicable to your account at the time of registration or deposit.

8.1 Market Availability: Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL (Pakistan Super League), ICC tournaments, T20 internationals, football, UFC and esports — are made available at the operator's discretion. Market availability may vary by event, time zone and jurisdiction.

8.2 Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by the platform. 555sz reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including where odds have been published in error (palpable error) or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.

8.3 Palpable Errors: Where odds or game outcomes are published as the result of a manifest and obvious error (including system errors, data feed failures or human input errors), 555sz reserves the right to void affected bets and reinstate the correct odds or outcomes. Users will not be entitled to winnings derived from such errors.

8.4 Live / In-Play Betting: Live betting markets are updated in real time and bets are accepted subject to operator discretion. Delays in network transmission can result in bets being accepted after a relevant event (e.g., a wicket or goal) has occurred. 555sz reserves the right to void live bets accepted after a material change in match state in such circumstances.

8.5 Casino RNG: All casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures for individual games are published in the game information panels. Past outcomes do not influence future results.

555sz is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and that players must retain control over their gambling behaviour at all times.

9.1 Adults Only: Access to the Platform is strictly limited to adults aged 18 years and above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. 9.2 Player Controls: You may at any time, through your account settings or by contacting support, set or reduce deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, wager limits, session-time limits and cool-off periods. Limit reductions take immediate effect. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory review period.

9.3 Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Once a permanent self-exclusion has been applied, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period as specified in the operator's responsible gambling policy. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by registering new accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the minimum age requirement.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Using the accounts of other persons, whether with or without their consent.
• Attempting to launder money through deposits, wagers or withdrawals on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place wagers or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or palpable pricing errors for financial gain.

• Threatening, abusing or harassing Platform staff or other users.
• Attempting to access the Platform or its systems through unauthorised means, including hacking, SQL injection or denial-of-service attacks.

All content on the 555sz Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 555sz or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view content on the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 555sz.

12.1 No Guarantee of Availability: 555sz does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions or technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability.

12.2 Gambling Losses: 555sz shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred by Users during normal and fair Platform operation. By participating in gambling activities, you accept the inherent risk of financial loss.

12.3 Third-Party Services: 555sz is not responsible for the actions, terms or performance of third-party payment providers (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other referenced institution) or game content providers.

12.4 Exclusion: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555sz excludes all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Your use of the 555sz Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data, including your rights in relation to that data.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent, request data access or request data deletion subject to the conditions described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction to the extent that those rights cannot be excluded or overridden by a choice-of-law clause.

555sz reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last reviewed" date and, where practicable, notify registered users via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.
